Following the Lab’s validation of the Wealth + Health strategy, the enterprise faced the challenge of scaling those concepts across a massive, decentralized workforce. Agents and employees needed high-fidelity tools that could communicate the physical and financial connection of the brand without increasing operational complexity.
My objective was to safeguard the high-value brand investment by designing a suite of digital resources that ensured the high-level product vision was successfully translated into a practical sales environment. I needed to bridge the gap between the Lab’s ideation and the final delivery of assets that agents could use with confidence.
Ecosystem Orchestration: Developed a unified delivery model for brand assets. I led the process of presenting these strategic toolkits to the Steering Committee, ensuring the final resources aligned with the enterprise goal of “one voice” across all customer segments.
